Laura Parker
CEO
Laura Parker is the CEO and co-founder of The Exodus Road, one of the world’s leading anti-human trafficking organizations. Conducting operations in 20+ countries alongside local law enforcement, The Exodus Road has helped free over 6,300 survivors, provided aftercare to over 2,700 individuals, and delivered prevention education to more than 65,000 officers, citizens, and at-risk youth — including across the United States. She has been featured on CNN and was named Colorado Media Group’s Person of the Year alongside her husband and co-founder, Matt.
But the résumé only tells part of the story.
Laura co-built The Exodus Road while raising three children overseas, walking alongside operatives — including her own husband, who has navigated years of dangerous undercover anti-trafficking work. She has sat across from survivors, led her organization through crisis, and been targeted online by the very criminal networks she fights. She’s also a driving force behind Influenced, working alongside her team to equip families and teens to navigate online exploitation and stay safer in a digital world.
What 15 years on the front lines of one of the world’s hardest problems has taught her about leadership, resilience, and staying human in the middle of it all — that’s what she brings to every conversation.
Laura speaks on healthy leadership culture, sustainable performance, human trafficking awareness, keeping kids safe online, and integrated leadership — the conviction that the same principles that make you a better leader make you a better spouse, parent, and person.
